Returns and Refunds

At SearchWellness, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:


Return Eligibility and Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.
  • Certain product descriptions may specify different return terms. Please refer to those for specific details.


Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

  • A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
  • Each item may require a unique RMA number.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Returned items must reach our warehouse within this timeframe.
  • Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.


Return Shipping:

  • Unless the product has a quality issue, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • In some cases, we may offer return labels at our discounted warehouse rates.


Condition of Returned Items:

  • Discontinued items are sold "AS IS" and are non-returnable, unless damaged during shipping.
  • Returned products must be 100% complete, including all original manufacturer packaging, UPC codes, packing materials, and documentation.
  • Any damages or missing items will result in a deduction from your refund.


Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Special orders
    • Orders placed by phone
    • Orders receiving special discounts
    • Grocery and food products
    • Vitamins, Supplements and Liquids
    • Products that pose safety concerns if returned
