1. Order Acceptance Policy
- Your order confirmation (electronic or otherwise) does not guarantee our acceptance.
- SearchWellness reserves the right to accept, decline, limit quantities, or cancel your order for any reason, at any time.
- We may require identity verification or additional information before accepting your order.
- Special low-priced items are subject to availability. If stock runs out, we may cancel your order. The item may revert to its regular price for future orders.
2. Payment Policy
- We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal through PayPal's merchant services.
- Your card will be charged once the order is sent to our warehouse for processing, typically within 24 hours.
- Once processing begins, order cancellation may not be possible. If we can stop shipment, a refund will be issued.
- A 3% fee charged by PayPal/Square will be deducted from refunds for late cancellation requests.
- Ensure your billing address and phone number match your credit card company's records. We may decline to ship to addresses differing from your billing address if we suspect fraud.
3. Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from SearchWellness is required for all returns. Each item may require a unique RMA.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days; returned items must reach our warehouse within this period.
- Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
- Unless the product is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We may offer return labels at discounted rates.
- Discontinued items are sold "AS IS" and are non-returnable unless damaged in shipping.
- Returned products must be 100% complete, including original packaging, UPC code, materials, and documentation.
- Refunds will be reduced for any damages or missing items.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of return receipt.
- No returns on special orders, phone orders, discounted orders, grocery/food products, liquids, supplements, or safety-sensitive items.

- Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
- SearchWellness is not liable for orders resulting from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel orders without explanation.
- While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for website errors.
5. Sales Tax Information
- If required by law, SearchWellness will add applicable sales tax to your order. Sales tax will be charged on orders delivered within New York State.
6. Our Policy on Children
- SearchWellness does not sell products for purchase by children.
