General Terms

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Search Wellness has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and we reserve the right to cancel orders without assigning any reason. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed, we cannot be held responsible for errors found on this website.

Payment Policy

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and & Visa and PayPal, thru PayPal's merchant services or Square Payments. Your card will only be charged once the order is sent to our warehouse for processing, usually within 24 hours. Please note that once the order is sent to the warehouse for processing we may not be able to cancel the order. If we somehow are able to intercept the order and stop shipping, we will have to issue a refund to your card, since it was already charged. A 3% fee charged to us by PayPal / Square will assessed on all refunds resulting from late cancellation requests. 

When using your credit card be sure to provide the exact billing address and phone number your credit card company has on file for that card. While in most cases we ship to any address, due to increased credit card fraud, we reserve the right not to ship to an address that is different from your billing address if we feel that the order could be fraudulent.

Checks, money orders and company checks are also accepted as means of payment. These should be sent along with a printout of your shopping cart and your address to: Search Wellness 444 12 ST #5F, Brooklyn NY 11215. 

For Cashier checks and money order payments, Search Wellness Corporation will release orders immediately on receipt of the payment document. For company and personal checks, orders will be shipping only after funds are released from your financial institution to Search Wellness. This could take up to 7 business days after receipt of payment by Search Wellness. All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a 20.00 fee charged to you. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and Search Wellness cannot reserve or guaranty continued availability.

Return Policy

Returns of merchandise for refund or replacement is subject to the following terms and/or cost restrictions unless otherwise stated on the product description page.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a request for return.
• All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by Search Wellness.
• Each item to be returned might require a unique RMA number.
• RMA numbers are valid for 15 days and the product must reach our warehouse before the expire.
• Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
• Unless there is a quality issue with the product, you will responsible for shipping cost of the returned items.
• In some cases when we don't cover the shipping cost, we are able to provide your with a return label at our warehouse reduced rates.
• Products are sold AS IS if they are discontinued by the manufacturer. Such products are not returnable unless damaged during shipping.
• Returned products must be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code, packing materials, and ALL items and documentation included with the original shipment.
• Any damages or missing items to the original package will result in deduction from your refund.
• Refunds are issued within 10 days of return of the product.
• No returns for special orders, orders placed by phone or orders receiving a special discount.
• No returns for grocery, food products, liquids, or products that create safety concerns if returned. 

Sales Tax Information

If required by law, Search Wellness will add sales tax to your order. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered in the state on New York.

Order Acceptance Policy

• Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not imply our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
• Search Wellness reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Search Wellness reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered or to cancel your order.
• From time to time we list item for special low price, we will honor this low price while supply last.
• We may have to cancel your order if the special price stock runs out.
• The same item may revert to the regular price, should you want to place a new order at the higher price.
  
• We may require verification of identity for payment or additional information before accepting any order.

Our Policy on Children

Search Wellness Corporation does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use SearchWellness.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
